  Consists in:

  • Evacuation stacker device with sided sustains and pneumatic controller. Built to avoid sliding between the output metal sheets. The coils with 1500 mm length will be collected on wood europallet format (800 1200). The coils longer then 1500 mm up to 2500 mm will be collectedon a second platform. The evacuation system consists in a lifted table with transverse conveyor

  Materials

  • Cold rolled steel sheets and/or galvanized with a thickness min/max 0,5/3 mm
  • Stainless steel sheets thickness min/max 0,5/2 mm Finish BA,2B Scotch Brite, and with protective paper between the coils.
  • Aluminum sheet with a thickness of min/max 0,6/2 mm protective paper between the coils.
